According to Google, these birds are called Frigatebird. they are oceanic birds and are travelers. they travel mostly within Tropical Sea areas.
they are not as big as Albatrosses and even though they look alike they're many things that differ Frigatebirds from Albatrosses.
I took this picture in Dominican Republic with a professional camera. It was incredible and a picture needed to be taken as proof that I've witness 3 birds flying, traveling alongside half of the Moon.
